BAKED LAMPUGA

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the lemon and the potatoes into slices and fry them with some extra virgin olive oil.

Remove the potatoes from the pan, and put them on a kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

Place the potatoes and the lemon on the base of an oven mold. Cut the fish into pieces, and smear with Ametlla+ on both sides and add a drizzle olive oil. Put everything in the heated oven at 180 º C for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

(4 people):

  • 600 gr. Lampuga
  • 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ Envelope of AMETLLA+ #2_BÀRBARA
