All our products hold a fact sheet, where an overview of their characteristics and their individual price is explained. If a client wants to move a product to the shopping cart, they just have to choose the number of items they want to buy and click on the button “Add to cart”. In order to confirm the shopping cart, clients must click on the cart module (at the top left of the page).

To complete the shopping process, some of the client’s personal data will be needed. Here, they have the option of following two different processes:

• Register as a new customer. This way clients will be able to complete the buying process in a quicker way on their next visit. They will also be able to send the items to multiple addresses, view and track their orders, and much more.
• Complete the payment without registration. Just fill in the fields required for the payment, shipping and billing process.

All products have been manufactured following strict quality controls by the manufacturer, complying with all health and food standards of the European Union.

AVAILABILITY

Every available product that appears on the website is accompanied by a description of its characteristics and price, as well as other relevant information. In case a product is not available, the buyer will be informed and the order will be returned.

PAYMENT

At ametllademallorca.com/store clients can choose from three different payment methods to complete the shopping process:
•    Credit card
•    Paypal
Bank Transfer

Shipping costs will be added to the selling price of each product that appears on the website. The buyer will be notified about the shipping costs before formalizing the payment.

The Client must notify Ametlla+ of any fraudulent charge on the card used for the payment via email at ventaonline@ametllademallorca.com. This should take place as soon as possible so that actions can be taken.

PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price applicable to the products is the one appearing on the Website at the time the order was placed. The price is displayed with taxes included on the product view/list. When completing an order, the system will inform the buyer of specific rates and detailed shipping costs, which are determined based on weight and shipping destination.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They can contain a fixed and a variable part based on the price or weight of the order.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of clients payment.

We promise to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address given by the client in the filled order form. In order to optimize the delivery process, we kindly ask our customers to give an address where the package can be delivered within regular business hours.

We will not be responsible for problems caused when delivering the order to the address given by the customer if it does not correspond to the reality or has been omitted.

The purchased products will be delivered to the indicated person/company, at the given address, and within the specified time frame.

By completing the payment order, clients agree to accept the chosen shipping method, and its cost.

Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.

If necessary, our customer service department will reach our clients at the given contact details in case there is any incident or enquiry.

The delivery time varies depending on the destination area. The client will be informed of this before placing the order.

A delivery is considered completed, once the shipping company hands the product to the customer. When this process has been successful, the shipping company enters the date of the delivery in a tracking system.

The Client must review the package condition in front of the shipping company when the product is delivered. Any anomaly detected on the packaging should be indicated on the delivery receipt/note. If the client detects any incident (such as signs of having been opened, breakage or hit) after the package was received, the client should notify the incident as soon as possible within a maximum of 7 working days.

RETURN POLICY

The seven (7) days return period starts once the package is delivered to the customer. amelltademallorca.com can either return the payment or exchange it for other products within the same price, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging.
Opened products will not be accepted.

If the product arrives in poor condition at the customer’s hands, ametllademallorca.com will assume the return shipping costs only if the products are in their original packaging and have not been used.

To process the return, the client must send an email to ventaonline@ametllademallorca.com, indicating the order number, customer information, date of purchase, date of home delivery, product reference and reason for return.

DATA PROTECTION

Data collection and processing is carried out under security levels that prevent loss, data manipulation and unauthorized access to third parties. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, of December 13th we inform our clients that all data provided through the order form and/or subscription to newsletters, will be incorporated into a database owned by Ametlla + SL. We do this, to manage client's requests, orders and their payment, and also to be able to send information about products and services marketed by Ametlla + S.L.
