“ESCALDUMS”

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the chicken in 8 portions and instead of adding salt, add a little of Ametlla+ Nr. 1.

Cut the scallions very small and fry together with the chicken and 2 tablespoons olive oil until the scallions are golden brown and crispy.


Add a glass of water and let boil in low heat for 1 hour.


After 55 Minutes cooking time, turn the heat off and add the rest of Ametlla+ Nr 1.

INGREDIENTS

(4 people):

  • ½ Organic chicken
  • 4 Scallions
  • 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Glass of water
  • 1 + 1/2 tablespoon of AMETLLA+ 1_COLOMA
