Cut the vegetables in large dices (2 cm. cubes).
Fry the meat or the squid in a paella pan and add the peppers and the artichokes.
Once simmered, add the rice and Ametlla+ Nr. 1. When the rice begins to have a golden color, add the boiling water or the broth and let everything cook for another 19 minutes. After 10 minutes cooking time, sprinkle Ametlla + Nr. 2. Let it cook until the rice is cooked through and the water has been absorbed.
