SAUTÉED BORAGE WITH HAM

Open the borage glass jar and drain it.
Sauté the peeled and sliced garlic and the ham cubes with some olive oil. When the garlic is slightly browned, add the almonds and stir everything together for a few moments.
Then add the borage and mix everything together. Finally serve and enjoy.
