CHICKEN AND PORK RICE
Make a short broth with the chicken bones.
Sauté the pork, ribs and chicken with two tablespoons of olive oil. Then, pour everything into the broth and let it cook altogether.
In the same pan where the meat has been cooked, fry the artichokes, mushrooms and rice with two tablespoons of olive oil.
Once all the ingredients begin to have a golden color, add the broth (2 parts liquid to 1 part rice). To finalize, add 2 tablespoons of Ametlla+ Nr. 2 and cook for another 15 minutes.
