CRISPY ROASTED CHICKPEAS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet or tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with 2 or 3 tablespoons of AMETLLA +2 BÁRBARA and salt.


Mix all the ingredients together. Put the chickpeas in the oven at 200ºC for about 30 minutes.
Keep an eye on the chickpeas and gently shake them around every now and then, so they evenly roast everywhere.


Take the chickpeas out of the oven when they are golden and crispy, and let cool.


Enjoy these chickpeas as a snack or finger food. You can also sprinkle them over salads or a savory toast.

  • 400 g. boiled chickpeas 
  • 2-3 tablespoons AMETLLA + 2_BÁRBARA
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
